[compost_tea] Mycorrhiza

Since I grow perennials both native and exotic in field conditions I am
convinced the plants will benefit from appropriate Mycorrhiza.

However, finding any "real/specific" data is very difficult from my
perspective unless one is interested in woody perennials and trees, which I
am not.

I will greatly appreciate any thoughts, comments, or referrals offered to
the group or to me privately that might help me find reliable information on
any aspect of improving the health and growth of perennials through the use,
production, application, etc. of Mycorrhiza. I 'want to believe', but in
the absence of data the economics make me a mite wary.

(Not unlike my desire to 'believe in organic growing' prior to my conversion
to CT through DR. Elaine's WORK!)

Thanks in advance for any responses provided.

Russ

p.s. Mr. Jeff (Geek) I get the postings in Digest form and on busy days (it
seems) I do not get all the postings (10 or eleven or so depending on length
I suspect and then they are cut off), Can you tell if that is a YAHOO issue,
or one with my local service provider?
