Thats enough to kill most microbes - the only reason they'll survive is by
limited exposure time - sunlight and aeration will get rid of a lot of
chlorine quickly thats why its so difficult to keep a pool up to the
levels - you're getting good test numbers so you must be doing the brew
water ok , are you spraying it (your tea) neat or mixing chlorine water in
as carrier?
I am a real strong believer in quality water for spray jobs and when I used
to spray a lot of toxic stuff (weedicides), we got far superior results with
lower rates by doing good water (adjusted to suit the chemical). I really
think that whatever it takes to get the chlorine out of your brew and spray
out water supply will be a profitable excercise - saline irrigation water is
a different deal - accumulation is the problem - if you can keep salt moving
through the system your ok - the guy downstream has a problem though.
