Autumn-thanks for mentioning that...between starting with warm water
(around 80 ?) and a bit of warmth generated by the bacterial action and
additional warmth from the pump motor, maybe I won't need much
additional from the little ceramic heater I bought to place under the
brewer. Maybe just set it at 55/60 or so to keep the brew temp from
dipping too much at night?
It's still quite cold at night, but I think this is getting to be quite
a good time in our area (just a bit north of you) for soil
drench/dormant spray-pre bud break of top growth on stuff like the fruit
trees and verticillium plagued jap. maples. Anyhow I'm too excited to
wait much longer....Glen
