Thanks, Jason. I looked at small aquarium heaters yesterday at a pet
store. They seem to be rated for various volumes of water, and the
pricier ones have that adjustable thermostat.
Is this how most people keep their 5 gallon brews at 70F?
How does the thermostat like being in the brew? Any way that the
plastic/metal components of the thermostat could harm the critters in
the tea?
