According to one web search, nutritional yeast contains 18 amino
acids, 15 minerals and is rich in the B complex vitamins. So I'm
wondering if perhaps the benefit of nutritional yeast is not so much
the yeast organisms per se, but rather, the above components?
Aerobic tea won't make alcohol, will it?
