A good way to control air pressure is with a bleed off valve. Put a
T in the air line and attach a small screw valve, like the type used
to drain a car radiator. A very small leak at pressure changes flow
a lot. KIS brewers have 3 small holes drilled in their delivery pipe
that lower significantly the flow rate. On some pumps the air flow
cools the electric motor so you may not want to cut off air flow.
