Thanks for posting that link. I checked it out being interested
in shrooms. I have many growing in my lawn every year. They also
grow on my wood chip pile. I don't eat any except the "Puffball"
which has no poisonous look-alike. So far I have not been lucky
enough to find one early enough. There may well be some safe ones
but I haven't trusted my judgment yet. If I ever find one that looks
like a Morrel, I may try that after making some tests for it's
identity.
Would it benefit my simple improperly brewed tea to put wild
shrooms in it or would it be wiser to put them in the compost pile.
Presently I notice but ignore them while mowing.
