Some new stuff for this year and on-going to increase the support of Organic Agriculture by Bob's Brewer systems:
Bitti has been good 3 to 30 g with recipe controlled compost and nutrient loading. An excellent brewer for the user with a need for that capacity. Price is $ 227
Cost of Bitti per gallon over 350* brews= $ 227 / ( 30 x 350) = $ 0.021 per g of ACT
Bitti Super O2 is available with double the aeration rate that will take it from 5 to 50 gallons with a heavier load of nutrients. Price is $ 277
Cost of Bitti SuperO2 per g over 350* brews is= $277 / (50x350) = $0.016 per g of ACT
The BobOLator is priced at $ 715 capacity is 50 to 250 g.
At specified recipes this brewer has proven very effective.
Cost of the BobO per g, 50 g tank, over 350* brews is $715/ (50x350) = $0.041 per g ACT
Cost of the BobO per g ( 250 tank) 350 brews is $715/250x350 = $ 0.0082 per g ACT
To allow higher bacteria and fungi concentration the BobO is now available with double O2 input. A Super air system is added to inject air at the bottom of your tank. results - "WOW! amazing tea" Was noted on Kevin's SFI report # 97180

Super O2 for the BobO costs $217. Increases nutrient load and volume capablity.
The BobO + the Super O2 costs 715 + 217 = $932 with a capacity of 500 g
The combination cost per g over 350* brews = $932 / ( 500x350 ) = $0.0053 per g.
* 350 was selected as the number of brews possible in a year by an all out commercial operation or 10 years of brewing by a typical home owner. Will it last longer? Probably much longer.
After our exciting work with Eric andCarl doing helicopter application in Oregon and pivot / irrigation application with Ray Gore in Idaho and with Kevin Richardson' success with high volume applications in Alaska and a great group of very successful commercial application systems here in Washington - Judi, Seaneen, Giovanni- The Lawn Jockey - and golf courses and nurseries and and and in Alaska, Texas,Florida, Iowa, Costa Rica, Wisconsin, California, Nebraska, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Maine, New York, South Africa ..who did I leave out? Who will be next?
.
The BobO line will expand into the 250g and 500 g to 5,000 g range with many inovations to make agricultral use of Compost TEA more effective, more convenient.
more economically practical. I'll be back with that news and an improved web site in a few weeks. Bob
PS Merla Barberie presented All About Compost TEA at
