Biodynamic composting usually is prescribed as a 'no turn' season long
process. Specially you build your compost pile , add the BD herbal preps
and let it sit till it smells goods 6 to 12 months later.
BD herbal teas have been widely interpreted and personalized. The original
forms certainly went anaerobic and then back to aerobic before use. Preps
with a off-odours would never be used.
I personally use an infusion of nettles, comfrey and horsetail which I add
to our tea brewer but I no longer make sun teas.
