Hi Anthony
yes all 4 exist, never really taken care of, aerate, and a good tea ,and moss should naturally die off ? and a good feeding !

moss is indicating one or all of four things; far to bacterial dominated, highly compacted, lack of oxygen or lack of iron all of which can be a symptom of the other. By trying to kill the moss your just adding a fifth problem- no organisms. I would suggest aerating then a darn good couple of doses of fungal dom. ACT :)
