--Hello Ted, That's interesting. Just down the road a piece the land
grant aggies are in violation with EPA.  Been using  an excess land
application of sludge and have excess levels of disease organisms in
sludge, and failure to monitor and develop and maintain records too!
How could ACT possibly help those Wildcats, as in Kansas State?-
