Don't know the shape of your "pool" so for 1500 g I'm going to think it is
250 ft3, 5 ft deep so it nees to be 50 sq ft and 5 x 10? naw, more like 6x8 ft Maybe only 4 ft deep , 62 sq ft 7'x9'
anything close can work as follows:
 
You do need a 1 hp regenerative blower- $ 475 Use your credit card. Make some money with excellent ACT later to repay the card. Fittings and 1 1/2" flex hose from air to pvc air system.
Go over the top edge of your pond and down 30 " or a little below middle of the depth. Arrange a horizontal 3/4" tube the full length of the tank, 6" from one side. Release air in fine ( 1/64" or less) slits cut 45d diagonally in the 3/4 " pvc, slits open 1/2" long, 1/64" wide. Fine blade coping saw will work.
Slits are 2" center to center, full length. Install a weight so the air filled tube does not float. Cap the far end. Suspend tube securely because the fast flowing current and waves this sets in motion will try to move this around.
 
So much for aeration and circulation
 
Now take a 1/2" vinyl tube from the air line before it gets to the aeration system and use that to drive your extraction chamber.
Drill and tap the PVC, screw in brass fittings for the 1/2: vinyl.
If you don't have an extactor figured out yet, keep asking.

then how do I go about it in a practical cost effective manner.
Doing it the way I'm proposing (by copying what I saw in use) is
costing me $120 for the resevoir and $200 for the pump. I'm going to
split off of 1-1/2" pipe after the venturi and run three 3/4 lines,
one into the bag and two into the resevoir. I'm game to do whatever

I've been brewing have sometimes climbed up to 85 degrees. One thing
I can tell you for sure is I can't shell out big bucks for a
