My thoughts on where to best use the meal would be to find a chicken or maybe beef operation and incorporate the meal into the animals' feed! If it were used in compost, the oil would go rancid.

We have an organic certified cold pressed oil plant and we frequently
have a surplus of the meals[cake], mainly flax. It is quite high in
protein at 24% and has around 9% residual oil which would be
primarily Omega 3.
My question to the ones that know is could this meal be used as the
main ingredient in a prepackaged CT formulation? There must be many
city dwellers that don't have access to straw, steer doo and the like
that would appreciate a product that they could add water to and use.
Any thoughts, ideas etc greatly appreciated.
