Bacillus subtilis, generally several sub-species, are usually present in
aerobic compost. Therefore, it is in the tea.

Only if you have a specific insect problem, which you know a specific
Bacillis culture would help alleviate, would I add a single, specific inoculum of any
Bacillus to a tea.
