Hi Andres

Quoting : Dr. Ingham "You need a microscope with 4X, 10X, and 40X
objective lenses (that 40X lens is critical), 10X eyepieces. You need a
microscope with a N.A. 2.5 (or greater) ABBE condenser, with an iris
diaphragm.  ABBE condensers should come with the iris diaphragm."

The scope may be a "Leica" but the lens (objectives) may not, at that
price point. Do the scopes in question have the other necessary
component relationships, also note that older scopes may have expensive
and or hard to locate bulbs (consumable) recent generation "scopes"
have longer life bulbs.
