Sodium benzoate will only work if the food product has a pH below 4.5.
Our testing indicates that the preservative Sodium benzoate is
rendered inneffective at our water pH of 7.6! Sodium bezoate is a
common additive in saponin.

Neem is labeled and can be used as a fungicide. Not a good tea
additive!
