Ok, Terence, HUGE instead of big or large. I was actually thinking of the
length of hyphae, not the diameter... I understand their diameters are tiny,
which is why they're delicate, though they can run for miles in the
ground.
Point I was making was containment should not interfere with fungal
extraction, and that the abrasion of containment should help extraction...
Fungi hold on to things easily (necessarily?) and loose compost in a bucket
seems less likely to get them into the tea. If you're pouring it, no
problem, you set them in with their hosts. Different story on filtering and
spraying, seems to me.
