I've posted this message about various items in the
past. Look at the waste stream in your area for the
things you need and buy what can't be found.

Lime; there is a quarry in your area with water
buildup or run off and it will have very fine dust
particles of whatever is being mined. Have it tested,
then see if they will pay you to take it, give it to
you, finally what will they charge.

I received 40 cubic yards of potato skins a day from a
potato chip factory. Never looked at its value as a
composted additive for farmers. I would have sold it
cheap prior to mixing into my total compost.

I received huge amounts of apple peelings from a cider
producer.
