Is there a rule of nature that when you post something you think of
something important you should have said immediately after you send it?

For those who want to make a case for suggestion #1, there's a big qualifier
I left out, to wit:

> 1.  If potable water is used, all equipment is kept clean, additives are
organically acceptable, and the compost is certifiable, foliar tea should be
allowed without restrictions.

> This evidence and its documentation is the best solution for
certification. No tests, just evidence and documentation < , > WHICH ARE THE
STANDARDS FOR EVERY OTHER ELEMENT OF ORGANIC CERTIFICATION. < ! >

Nothing I know of in the USNOP Final Rule requires growers to test for
pathogens.  Why is it different for compost tea?
