I assume you are going to make AERATED compost tea.  That means you
will need a pump system to provide air to your mix.  If you have great
compost with lots of microbes, you need between 5 and 7 pounds of it
for 100 gallons.

However, you mentioned you had "compost with manure." Manure is a no-no
in aerated compost tea. It is fine as an ingredient in compost as long
as the finished product is compost, not "compost with  manure."  As for
the humus peat, if it has good microbiology, you can surely mix it with
your compost. What you are seeking is the best diversity of microbes
and the highest numbers. Ideally, you would test both your compost and
the humus peat and figure out what might be a good ratio as you don't
care about much else beyond the microbiology.
