Thank you for your oh so well reasoned presupposition as to what 
constitutes a healthier diet.  Please cite the "long-term unsustainable 
nature of relying on meat for protein," given the evolutionary, 
biochemical, anatomical and physiological records.  You are arguing a 
philosophical point, *not* a pragmatic one.  In my humble opinion, you 
are wrong.  You are morally wrong, you are biologically wrong, and you 
are sociologically wrong.  To be driven back to sustenance level 
agriculture would mean the end of technological civilization, which I, 
for one, account to be more desirable than the Hobbesian "dirty, brutish, 
and short."
