in the UK many of the PC site owners state they are happy to see
visitors but 'by prior appointment only' which is not unreasonable
(anyone with any interest in PC must understand that you have to have
your own programme or the whole enterprise will grind to a halt)
alternatively, co-opt the visitors to work; they can learn while
watching/listening/participating/contributing....? they will learn and
remember far more from actually doing it with you (or one of your
assistants) and your system gets some input. i guess you have set the
rules and be a bit hard nosed in applying them.....those who are really
interested will be delighted!
good luck.........
