Some foods have been gen. mod for centuries ie. wheat is hexaploidal!
corn is huge and usually hybrid. If you want something totally
unchanged you have to eat weeds that nobody has messed with
or hybrided or selected in any way , but why? Their genes won't
hurt you, most now have better nutritional values etc. . The real
problem is hybridization and the control over the world's seed
production. Get open pollinated fresh organic seed and preserve
or select your own varieties. See my special list at
