Of course not! How correct you are! I have yet to see any 'laws'
againt vaporizing a planet! So I suppose that if hypothetically someone
were to vaporize the earth, it would not be 'criminal'. It would
be stupid, ignorant, evil, etc, but it would not be 'criminal' and
so it is a great comfort!
At least we are not guilty of sloppy language.
