Re: Community Supported Agriculture
Kirsten:
There's a rather old but quite compelling video called "It's Not Just
About Vegetables," about the first USA CSA at Indian Line Farm in
Massachusetts, but I'm afraid I can't tell you how to get it. Maybe
someone else on the sist can help us find it. Also, *Farms of Tomorrow*
by Trauger Groh and Steve McFadden, a comprehensive book on CSA, is
available for $12 plus shipping from Josephine Porter Institute for
Applied Biodynamics, P O Box 133, Woolwine, VA 24185. Trauger Groh and
his fellow farmers started the second CSA in the U.S., the Temple-Wilton
Community Farm, in New Hampshire.
