When I worked with (5) cows, you could always tell one cow's milk from 
another, and the richness was inversely proportional to the quantity. 
Whats more, the more a cow produces, the more she is vulnerable to milk 
fever, with the Channel breeds being the most vulnerable.I don't know 
what we would have done without vets, and mastitis ointment, too. 
Susceptability to illness should be considered if you are shipping cows 
to a remote place.
