You may wish to read about the nutriant value of sheep eating buckwheat,
as well as palatibility problems. I have grown Buckwheat for a long time
and never had much luck getting anything but chickens to really eat it.
read about the mentioned harvesting problems due to periodic ripening-this
is why flour mills are often anxious to get clean seed. It is not an easy
grain to harvest well. The old AC lines from the fifties might be the
best combines ever for the job.(No offense meant to other implement lines)
