What a reassuring response!!

I should have put the phrase "long-term" in front of the word
future. Fortunately you saw that that is what I meant. Some were not
so aware. 

Academics and many so-called intellectuals have limited themselves
by linear thinking rather than having vision & inspiration. 
Thankfully it seems that I am not alone in the feeling that ecology
and economy are at least connected (of course they are one with
each other really it's only our mind that sees distinctions; linear
thinking does it again!)

Look at chaos theory. If high-powered physicists can open their minds
to God, we should ALL be able to open our minds to something as
simple as animal draft power.
