Re: Indicator plants
The book "Let's Get Growing" by Crow Miller has a section on how to
determine if your soil is deficient in nutrients based on the appearance of
common vegetable plants. For instance, corn will turn yellow and cucumbers
will develop with pointed ends if deficient in nitrogen. Email me direct if
you can't get the book and I will try and type them up for you.
