And so would you if you just looked up what sort of figures you should 
be expecting. Try a few textbooks and references, or do you think that 
they are giving incorrect figures just to catch out those who are pro-
organic?

For farmers farming on deficient soils, or soils with excessive levels, 
these figures are not some advertising guff, you know. They are critical 
to growing a crop. As a result the figures are rather well known so if 
you go quoting silly ones, you are going to get picked up on it.
