All for that. That's why I grow a number of vegetables myself.

I have no problem with this. If that's what you think it's fine, no
problem. If you start telling me I will grow two heads if I eat
conventionally grown produce because of unproven, or even proven untrue,
reasons then I presume that you will not object to me pointing it out?

Perhaps you would like me to post to say I agree with something. This is
usually classified as noise unless you have something to add, so on the
whole I avoid it.
You will note that I don't have any problem with organic growers, indeed
I wish them the very best of luck and have said so in the past.
Personally I eat free range eggs, but cannot distinguish between them
and battery, I grow and eat various beans and the difference in eating
is spectacular compared to supermarket fare. However I have also eaten
field grown beans that I have personally picked at the right stage of
growth and eaten shortly afterwards and these are indistinguishable from
my own home grown ones, although I admit that some varieties are worse
than others. In case you think I have little sense of taste or smell I
would like to point out that I do the majority of the cooking in this
house and often pick out flavourings when I eat out that others cannot
spot or identify. I often crib these for my own recipes.
