David,
With the data, that you have posted, it is no wonder that you come to
this conclusion. But there have been made other attempts to measure
the difference in the nutrient, vitamin and mineral content in
organic vs. non-organic produce, and it has been largely impossible
to detect any consistent difference.
The authories involved in licensing and control of organic produce
would love to have such amazing differences to work with -- If
they were to be generally expected, which they are not.
Pesticides, environmental effects? Well that is another
story. Suffice to say that if you don't care about anything but
nutrients, vitamins and mineral content of your food,
non-organic food will generally be quite OK for you.
Don't get me wrong. I am not bashing organic production of
food. Organic food is more than 90 % of my diet.
Kind regards,
Torsten
