Piketon Horticultural Field Day

Mark your calendars!

Ohio State University's Piketon Research and Extension Center will host a
Horticulture Field Day on June 18 at 3:00 pm. Tours will be conducted of
research plots and facilities.

Some of the highlights (IF, it ever stops raining!) will include fertigation
studies on peppers, muskmelons, and blueberries, small fruit variety trials
including blueberries, thornless blackberries, fall raspberries, and
seedless table grapes.

This is our opportunity to share what we are doing in a hands-on setting and
to gather input on the future direction of our program.

Visitors will also get the chance to meet Dr. John Hochheimer, our new
aquaculturist.

For more information please contact me, Tom Wall.
