Dear friends,

In 1995, the All-Russian Agricultural College (Sergiev Posad,
Russia) created the "Scientific- Methodical Center For
Ecologically-Safe Techniques in Agriculture."

The Center works in the following areas:

1. Organizing scientific research concerning problems of
ecological security in the agricultural industry and in storage
and utilization of agricultural products. We publish a
collection of scientific-methodical articles.
2. Implementation of ecologically-safe technologies in
agriculture.
3. We have created an information center to consult on all the
above- mentioned issues, using data of international
information systems such as the Internet.
4. Teaching ecologically-safe agriculture techniques to the
college's students, regional farmers, and all others interested in
these techniques.

In November of 1995, the Center sponsored an international
