Feather Fancier's Web Page; new book on Chantecler, other rare breeds
This info will likely be of most interest to poultry hobbyists.
"Feather Fancier," Canada's monthly newspaper devoted to the improvement
of purebred poultry, pigeons, waterfowl, pheasants, and other avian
species, now has a Web page. See <http://www.farmshow.ca/feather>.
There's an informative article on this Web page at the present time titled
"Growing Poultry." Linda Gryner at "Feather Fancier" said she'll be
replacing this article with another on the Chantecler, the only breed of
chicken to be developed in Canada.
Gryner has authored a book, "The Chantecler and Other Rare Poultry
Breeds," which has just been published. To find out more about this book
and how to obtain it, send a query to <ffancier@jmail.xcelco.on.ca> or
