Re: Is Organic Food Better?

Yes Tracy your right. Just like people can be keep alive by intravenous
feeding. Lets quit growing food altogether and just stick a tub in everyone
arm. Chemical analyses will show no significant difference in nutritional
quality it quality of life we are concerned with. I guess this is Tracy
idea of sustainable . Yes we know You can raise food using hydroponics in
fact that's what a lot of farmers do today when they kill off all the life
in the soil. The soil is dead might as well be hydroponic. You and your
chemical analyses cannot even tell the difference between live soil grown
food and hydroponics and these are the kind of folks that organic farmers
will have to bow down to as organic standards move from bureaucratic limbo
to bureaucratic hell.
