In this condition, the villi in the small intestine are 
destroyed by gluten (a substance in many grains).

I think millet does cause problems for most people with
this disease. (Not 100% sure on that - please check).

It will cure itself (in the sense that the villi will heal) 
if she stays away from glutten, but
unfortunately will come back if she starts eating it again.

So she has to stay off it for life.
