General information about the project

1. The development of advanced techniques and methods of cultivating and propagating flowering and ornamental as well as fruit-bearing and berry plants.
2. The use of laser stimulants to increase the propagation effectiveness of ornamental and fruit-bearing and very plants and obtain high-quality planting material.

Technical specification

The accelerated method of propagating ornamental and fruit-bearing and berry plants presupposes the introduction of a number of techniques to promote the process of cutting rootage and ensure a quicker and better intergrowth of inoculated material.
To stimulate the above-mentioned processes physiologically active substances are now in wide use, though their application has some adverse effects: it is necessary to prepare solutions with very rigid concentration levels for different types of plants; these substances lose their activity very rapidly; the solution are health hazardous and very costly. This has given rise to the development to new methods that are simple to apply, ecologically clean and yield good results in the area of plant propagation.

he application of Laser Pin devices may be regarded as one of such methods.
The laser radiation of infra-red spectral zone effects the plant to stimulate biochemical processes at the cell level and trigger off the plant's new mechanism of growth and development.
It is the wood tissue and in some cases the surface of limbs that are treated. This accelerates the process of tissue regeneration and callus formation which results in shorter cutting rootage period and intergrowth of inoculative components. In addition, higher grafting establishment and cutting rootage are achieved.
The proposed technology is very effective in economic terms as it ensures the maximum yield of high-quality planting material over a very short period of time.
