Allyn what do you think of the ammendment in the Texas Consitution
which allows ag land to be used for wildlife refuge, not farmed, yet,
still allows the tax break?  I think it is a wonderfully progressive
statement which more states should follow.  It is in it's infancy
currently, but the Extension and Comptroller etc are working together
to better the ecological environment in Texas.
