Andy,

I suggest you contact officials of growers groups for the crops you are looking into.  Also contact the County Extension office.  Also try the Colorado Land Grant university 9(whichever that is).

On my part, I dont' konw of any such stuff.  

If you call ag/INNOVATOR magazine, 800-808-2828 and ask for a sample issue, preferably of the Feb 94 edition, it ahs a center fold of the members of the Association of AGricultural Computing Companies.  I don't think they make the stuff you want, but it might be worth a try.
