Yes, it exists...I remember research on this subject being done at Cornell
University back in the early '70's. The only thing I remember was that
CO2 was the limiting factor in most plant growth during the summer
months....which led to CO2 being pumped into greenhouses for maximum plant
growth for crops like roses.
Also, I should think that these ratios would be different for every genus,
if not species of plants. Afterall, many warm climate plants shut down
growth completely @ 40F, and cool weather crops stop above 90F.
But finally, I do not know where to find the info....perhaps you could
contact Cornell University Dept. of Floriculture and Ornamental
Horticulture?
