I can do that part here at ibiblio: password protected login
(htaccess) to the database. A files/documents/pix uploads area can be
created (I have this php script already and have been using it for
years) for acquisition of raw data that can be added to the database.
I'm in learning mode with php and mysql so won't be of much use
creating the database for a while yet. (Where did you get the
documentation necessary to learn php/mysql ?) Maybe you and John could
collaborate to create the database and scripting which could be hosted
here at ibiblio - you and he could have accounts on the system to get
the work done.
I could add this resource as part of ecolandtech or a new one could be
created for the project with access for those working on it.
