Re: Sustainability and contentment




What the hell, here's another old joke ( this one from my dad)

I was talking to him about having animals, like chickens, near the house,
but that people were often concerned about the potential smell.

He told me this one:

Tourist to Old Quebec Farmer: "Gee, I understand that you need  to keep the
barn close to the house because of the cold, but what about the smell?"

Farmer to Tourist: "Oh, the animals get used to us eventually".
