seed links, URL correction




Great resource list, Lee, and also I agree that the annotated bibliography
by Suzanne DeMuth at ARS is a great resource for seed-related people. There
are 3 parts: organizations, seed-related articles and historical
background, I think. 

BTW, If anyone's tried entering Seeds of Texas Seed Exchange's pages
through Garden Diversity
(http://csf.colorado.edu/perma/diversity/seed_basics.html) and had trouble,
the problem's fixed now (the other way in is through
http://csf.colorado.edu/perma/stse/). Also, a new section on specific tips
for saving seed from most garden veggies has been added at
http://csf.colorado.edu/perma/stse/handbook.htm#plntspec.
