Hi Apollo fans,

a new beta modules pack is available here: http://nassp.sf.net/wiki/Installation. Please make sure that Orbiter 2006-P1 and OrbiterSound 3.5 is installed. Also please make sure that you do a CVS Update of all directories, that means the Config, Doc, Meshes, Orbitersdk, Scenarios, Sound and Textures directories.

There's no working Meshland module anymore, Artlav is working on a new one, meanwhile please make sure that you disable the old MeshLand module on the "Modules" tab of Orbiter's Launchpad.

This beta introduces a couple of new features like a working side hatch, some enhancements of the ECS and a couple of fixes related to the ongoing tests of the Virtual AGC in lunar orbit: http://www.ibiblio.org/mscorbit/mscforum/index.php?topic=2021.0

I'll try to release a full CVS snapshot as well the next days.

Have fun, comments and questions are always welcome!

Cheers
Tschachim

Yes, but I'm trying to work on checklists for the ChecklistMFD, which I can't do without the new modules.

Yes, I'll to do that this week I hope.

Yes, but I'm trying to work on checklists for the ChecklistMFD, which I can't do without the new modules.

Great!  Thumbs Up

The beta will contain the (hopefully) final checklist format and all missing features of Checklist MFD, so we can work on the checklists for the release finally.   Happy

I'd love to have more for you on the VC front... but this coding is kicking my  Rolling Eyes  2+2=?

My Project Apollo Work:
CM Visual
-VC (~75% complete: texture work beginning again; mesh-78%; texture-70%)
Propulsion Particle Improvements (Focused on S1B right now, BETA 1.0 has been commited)
New Docking Method (~50% complete: research complete; coding partially completed, testing not underway)

Future Work:  (if it's here, it's deemed unnecessary to upcoming release)

Older Work:  (if it's here, it's fair game to whoever wants to improve)
EMS Implementation (committed: minor flaws, but groundwork is there, needs extensive testing)
EMS scrolls (committed: not refined, but usable)
SM Visual (committed: mesh-finished, texture-60%; possibly revisited in future)
J2 Texture (commited: room for improvement)
LRV (committed: mesh-finished, texture-90%; in future a ground up rebuild may be in order, but not on my plans)
