I was flying the Apollo 8 vAGC mission when at about 26 hrs into the mission (can't recall off the top of my head) the DSKY ceased to take commands. No numbers would even appear in the verb/noun fields. I quickly went into test pilot-mode trying to isolate the problem but I couldn't find a simple solution. State vector and P30 updates caused the uplink light to glow but nothing happened in any of the registers. I finally tried pulling the compute cbs and resetting them, which caused the DSKY to operate again, but I'm sure there has to be a simpler solution. Any ideas?
