Well, gimp1992 is right when he says that our current COAS reticle is a Shuttle reticle. And it even is an original one
But the two reticles, the Apollo and Shuttle one, are quite similar. The only thing which is different is the missing scale on the Shuttle COAS (and those two small "hooks" on the left and right side). If you wish, I could try to add the scale to our COAS. But be aware that some NASA drawings sometimes differ from flown hardware. This also seems to be the case for the Apollo COAS. The scale looks different on drawings than on real photos of the COAS taken during missions. There are Apollo COAS photos available in high quality. See below...
