How do I reinstall the scenario especially the Apollo 7 VAGC since the bug happened in most of what I flew.

I don't understand what you mean with "reinstall", you can fix a scenario saved before the bug occurred (and after you did a CVS Update and compiled the modules) the way I explained above, i.e. open it with a text editor etc. The launch scenarios in CVS are fine, so you can start over using them, too.

What I mean is that the atmospheric pressure influences the evap steam press, too. I.e. when the atmosphere gets thicker, the meter should go offscale high, and as the evaps can't work without vacuum, they should stop working, too. The same thing during ascent: on the pad you should have full scale high steam press, which drops when the LV is out of the the atmosphere.

As we talk about entry: maybe I'm doing something wrong, but the V0 set position of the EMS won't work. No big problem, as ENTRY TEST 5 allows scrolling, too, but not nice.

Fixed both issues.
