Any joystick will work, though I recommend you get one with a twist-grip and maybe assignable axes.

The twist grip is to gain yaw control. The assignable axes are because Orbiter typically assigns the throttle control to a Z-axis, which is what NASSP uses for yaw (NASSP has a feature where you can override Orbiter rotation controls to use a dual-joystick setup). I found out the hard way with my 2-axis and throttle stick. constantly stuck in a left yaw.

More detail available if you need it.

More infos about joystick configuration is here: http://nassp.sourceforge.net/wiki/Launchpad_Configuration_Options#Controls

I recently got this one: http://www.3dconnexion.com/products/spacenavigator-for-notebooks.html
It's working great, especially as THC, the code to support it isn't in CVS yet though...

Cheers
