Does NASSP supports post Apollo 13 SM features?
I mean the auxiliary battery and 3rd cryo oxygen tank.

I know there is no SIM bay modelled so far, even when CM panel guide for NASSP shows panel for it.

And does anybody knows where was the switches and gauges for 3rd tank and AUX battery?

Not implemented. It will be once we get to Apollo 14 and later. It wouldn't be all that complicated I think, mostly the config file for the CSM systems has to be changed, or rather a different version for these later missions has to be created. And then of course some programming implementing the switches and gauges.

The bitmap for the panel exist, but it isn't implemented in any way yet.

The Apollo 16 AOH says it is all displayed on the system test meter, not sure if that was already the case for Apollo 14. The Systems Checklist page 1-28 (http://history.nasa.gov/ap14fj/pdf/csm_sc.pdf) looks different than for Apollo 16. There are a bunch of circuit breaker changes to panel 226 for Apollo 14, see page 11 here: http://history.nasa.gov/ap14fj/pdf/csm_sys-data.pdf
